Therese S. from United States prays,

I read a NPR story this morning stating that more than 25,000 children in Gaza have been killed or injured since October 2023. The NPR correspondent interviewed Nimer Saddy al-Nimer, a lanky 12-year old boy, who loves soccer and now lives in a refugee camp in Rafah. Nimer was shot multiple times while getting food aid. He is now in extreme pain from his injuries and is cared for by his gradmother. Nimar's story brought tears to my eyes. I too have a 12-year old grandson and cannot imagine the suffering that Nimar and his grandmother are going through. Mary, Queen of Peace, save Nimar and all the children harmed in Gaza. We pray for the end of the conflict.

Michael says...
Teresa, I too pray every morning for an end to the war and all the suffering in Gaza and Israel. I pray for a lasting peace in the Middle East, the Sudan, Haiti, and between the peoples of the Ukraine and Russia. May God our loving Father of all guide the leaders toward peace. May He also bless and guide the students on our college campuses in His ways during these difficult and troubled times.
