Judy Schueneman and her husband, Deacon Joe, established their Domestic Church 61 years ago. Over the years they added six children, twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.While involved in parish and outreach ministry, family life has been her primary focus.
She holds a M.A. in Family Studies and was commissioned a Lay Pastoral Minister in 1980. Following this she and her husband served as Pastoral Director of Holy Cross Church in Jackson, KY. Four years later they became Director of Cliffview, the retreat and conference center for the Catholic Diocese of Covington, KY. After eight years they retired and traveled the country visiting their family, grown and living in six states coast to coast.
Writing has always interested Judy, in addition to contributing reflection to Living Faith, had articles published in St. Anthony Messenger, plus several newsletters, and until recently, contributed to Homily Helps published by Franciscan Media.

Judy leaves behind a wonderful legacy of the written word here at Living Faith and elsewhere. We offer our sincerest sympathies to her husband and to children and many grandchildren.
