Being a songwriter, something my friends talk about increasingly these days is the encroachment of artificial intelligence (AI) upon our craft. Machines can create beautiful music and lyrics; it’s frightening how good the technology has become. Yet, I find that whenever I listen to a song that has been crafted by AI, something is missing. The same goes for AI artwork, prose or animations. Something happens when the true expression of a human heart is not present.
More and more, in this age of technology, reality is becoming harder to clarify. Wonderful things have happened through computers and tech, but many other beautiful things have been obstructed or deformed. At the end of the day, what our human hearts need most is one another, relationship and care, human touch, the shared Good News of a loving God—things that no machine could provide. May we all open not our eyes but our hearts to each other and to the true love and hope of Christ.

Excellent, Sarah. Amen!

Amen! Anything I see or hear that's been created by AI lacks humanity and warmth, no matter how attractive it may be.

Amen!

Sarah inspring words thank you. AI may have its place at the right time but AI can never give a person a warm hug! You are so right about that. I can't think of anything that can replace the love of God or a warm hug. Larry S. thank you for your extra prayers yesterday, Vicky G. always ,may God and that warm hug be with you. AMEN!

Amen. :)

And remember God governs the people with justice, not equity.

Thank you Sarah for such a timely and beautiful reflection! May God bless you and your family.

Amen

Thank you Sarah, I haven’t been as faithful to reading the devotional for a while. I haven’t been oversleeping , praying for my own forgiveness. Human beings who have been deceived, hurt, struggle with telling the truth, need to find the courage to love in a creative ways. To find a source of strength, courage to love, to be affectionate comes by knowing Jesus Christ who I follow every day. In the name of love, truth, the way and saves me to be forgiving. Amen

Amen, I agree totally it is very difficult to discern what is true or false these days, and good human relationships are what we need. ——— In the Gospel of John, Jesus says: “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32), and “I am the way and the truth and the life” (John 14:6). ——— “Show me the truth of your love, O God, as I share it with the world”. Amen Sarah.

Is whatever true? What is the truth? Then you will know the truth. And the truth will set you free.” *** Jesus...
