In addition to the prices listed below, each bulk order includes actual shipping charges plus a handling fee. Orders are shipped with an invoice in the box.

Orders for bulk shipments must have a street address; a P.O. box is insufficient. Standing orders are shipped regularly each quarter and may be modified at any time.
